Why we started Wiggs & Wiggs

One of us grew up with a mother who spent more than 20 years as an attorney at a major law firm.

The other worked at LexisNexis, providing technical support to attorneys and other legal professionals and seeing firsthand how much their work depends on technology that works when they need it.

Between us, we bring more than 40 years of experience across sales, technology, business systems, operations, and client service, along with graduate degrees in business and information systems.

We have worked inside large organizations with specialized teams, established technology, and defined processes.

We have also run businesses ourselves and know what it looks like when a small team has to carry nearly everything.

We understand who is doing the work, what needs to happen, and where things are breaking down. Then we improve the process and decide where technology can help.

Software alone does not fix operations. It has to work for the people and processes it is supposed to support.

Some work still requires a person on the ground.

That is why Wiggs & Wiggs combines AI implementation and workflow automation with hands-on services such as process serving.
